Refund policy
All Sales Final – No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
What this covers:
- PDF downloads and digital e-books
Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at alicia@aliciasresetlab.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Chargebacks: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will be considered a violation of this agreement.
